Sammy and Company is a Christian Puppet Show designed and created by Susan Smith. Most of her skits are done at the Bradford First Baptist Church, but she also takes her show on the road doing such things as Gospel Fests and Benefits. Sue is very clever and writes most of her skits herself!
Sue has worked with children for many years doing Childrens Church, Sunday School and Awanas along with her husband Marvin. This December (2007) the couple will be celebrating 40 years of marriage. They have 3 children and 11 grandchildren (with another one expected in October!!) Sue works at Toulon Health Care Center in Toulon, IL where she is a vital asset and loved by the residents and their families. The Smith's live in the tiny town of Castleton, IL and are members of the First Baptist Church of Bradford. Sue performs Sammy and Company with the help of her friend and fellow church member, Mary Jason.

Heros In Long Term Care. This award recognizes Sue Smith for contributing to the quality of life at Toulon Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. The Illinois Health Care Association and the Illinois Council on Long Term Care officially designates Sue Smith as a Hero In Long Term Care for a sense of caring, selflessness, and commitment to residents' well being.
